Responsible for the overall project planning and execution.
Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress architectual and general construction retail works
Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
Administer all site works, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
Generate reports and site supervision locally and overseas
Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations
Job Requirements
Able to read simple drawings, furniture detailing, construction drawings.
PC literate - proficient in MS office. AutoCAD training will be provided.
BCSS cert and other construction safety cert is pefer
