Job Summary

Support project management by planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects while supervising site activities and collaborating with main contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with main contractors during meetings to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, executing tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Supervise construction activities at assigned project sites to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to maintain project momentum and meet deliverables
• Apply time management and coordination skills to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in construction and project management to support project execution
• Demonstrate proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD to assist in project planning and design review
• Have access to own transport to facilitate site visits and timely project coordination
