Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Develop and manage a robust supplier base across Asia and/or global markets.
- Conduct supplier assessments, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-down initiatives.
- Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Monitor supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality performance with structured corrective action plans.
Procurement Operations
- Execute end-to-end purchasing activities including RFQ, PO issuance, Call-Offs, and contract implementation (NDA, GPC).
- Verify invoices against POs and manage price deviation resolution.
- Maintain accurate SCM parameters in SAP/R3 (vendor master, contracts, IQC, warehouse data).
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, Production Planning, Quality, and Finance to align procurement with project timelines and production demands.
- Support CIP/CSR fast-lane ordering and coordinate with local planning teams for seamless material flow.
