Job Summary
Coordinate and support project activities to deliver successful outcomes while contributing to software development and maintenance. Collaborate with users and project managers to define requirements, track progress, and resolve issues, ensuring seamless integration and quality user experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to meet defined objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with users to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for effective delivery
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets to support project planning
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain project momentum
- Deliver services within the defined scope of work to meet project goals
- Develop and implement minor features and UI enhancements using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or .NET
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues reported by the QA team to ensure a smooth user experience
- Perform routine maintenance of the codebase and update documentation to reflect system changes
- Write basic unit tests and assist in integrating third-party APIs or internal services to support system functionality
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning to align with project requirements and timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience collaborating with Project Managers to deliver projects successfully
- Experience in project management within related fields
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# (required for software development tasks)
- Knowledge of Android Studio and the Android SDK to support mobile development tasks
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs for front-end development
- Ability to write basic SQL queries using MySQL or PostgreSQL for database interaction
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab) to manage code changes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools to support coordination tasks
- Experience in designing, developing, deploying information system solutions, and software testing to ensure quality deliverables
- Logical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges
- Strong desire to learn new technology stacks and best practices to continuously improve skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills to facilitate collaboration
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- AWS experience or relevant certifications are a bonus but not essential
