Project Assistan

Role Description

The Project Assistant role at PUSH.audio is a part-time remote position. The individual will support the project management team with task coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently organize information, monitor project progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to keep deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining high-quality results
• Basic understanding of or a passion for the audio production industry is a plus
• Previous administrative or project support experience is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
