Project Architect

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate architectural design works for construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and develop architectural drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Review construction progress and provide solutions for architectural issues.
• Attend project meetings and support project coordination activities.
• Manage submissions, approvals, and documentation related to architectural works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software, or other design tools.
• Good knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and design standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage project deadlines.
