Project and Service Engineer

Job Description

• To perform on-site preventive maintenance services base on agreed schedule.
• To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Ensuring that the system under maintenance is performing with an uptime of not less than 98%
• Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/sites assigned.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery
• Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services
• Maintain customers install base records
• Maintain good working relations with customers
• Ensure committed services are delivered and meet customers expectations
• Assist in meeting monthly team budget and contribution.
• Liaise with contractors for installation works
• Support Projects and A&A works as required.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset to foster strong internal and external relationships
