Role summary
- Lead planning and execution of influencer (KOL) programs, retail and corporate events, and B2B/corporate sales. This role includes direct shadowing and mentorship with the Founder to learn brand strategy, bespoke sales workflows and highlevel client relationship management.
Key responsibilities / job scope
- Develop and execute KOL/influencer strategies: identify, negotiate, onboard and manage relationships with KOLs and content creators.
- Plan, coordinate and run events (in-store, pop-ups, corporate activations, workshops), handling logistics, vendors, staffing and on-site delivery.
- Manage KOL campaign briefs, timelines, content approvals, deliverable tracking and performance reporting (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Drive B2B and corporate sales: proactively prospect, pitch, customise proposals/quotations, negotiate contracts and close corporate gifting, wholesale and partnership deals.
- Act as primary point of contact for key corporate accounts manage relationship lifecycle and ensure high-standard fulfilment and after-sales service.
- Shadow the Founder on strategic meetings, high-value client pitches, product customisation consultations and business development initiatives absorb best practices and represent the brand accordingly.
- Build and maintain a partner/KOL/corporate client database and contract repository coordinate invoicing and payment follow-up with finance.
- Oversee event and campaign budgets, negotiate supplier rates, and monitor cost vs. ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align event/KOL/corporate activity with product launches and promotions.
- Report campaign, event and sales KPIs present post-event/post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure legal/compliance standards for sponsored content and contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications & requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, Business or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in events, influencer management or B2B/corporate sales lifestyle/retail/FGC sectors preferred.
- Languages: Fluent English Mandarin a plus.
- Able to travel for events and work occasional weekends/evenings.
- Comfortable taking direction from senior leadership and representing Founder in client-facing situations.

- Proven experience briefing/managing KOLs and running paid social or influencer campaigns.
- Excellent project management: timelines, budgets, vendor coordination.
- Data-driven with the ability to track KPIs and present insights.
- Polished client-facing manner, proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Proficient with CRM, project management tools and Google Workspace.
Compensation & benefits (suggested)
- SGD3,800 - 6,000 monthly base (depending on experience) + performance bonus/commission on B2B/corporate deals.
- Direct mentorship/shadowing with the Founder, staff product discount, training, workshop access, paid leave and CPF contributions per law.
