Job Description
Support Client Manager in day-to-day project coordination and reporting activities.
Assist in creation, tracking, and management of Work Orders and Statements of Work (SOW).
Maintain and update project trackers, budgets, and schedules using Excel.
Prepare basic project status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.
Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates and follow up on action items.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and stored in designated repositories.
Support invoice validation and effort tracking against approved work orders.
Help identify risks, issues, and gaps and escalate to the Client Manager.
Adhere to project governance, controls, and client-specific processes.
