About the Role
You will support the PMO/Delivery Lead in driving a multi-year global rollout of a new finance platform. Your job is to keep the workstream organised, compliant, and running smoothly covering financial tracking, resource coordination, governance, documentation, and project reporting.
This is a critical role for ensuring the transformation programme stays on track and delivers successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain monthly financial forecast trackers
- Ensure data accuracy and consolidate inputs from different stakeholders
- Support analysis of trends, variances, and cost projections
- Assist with onboarding new staff and managing contractor governance
- Coordinate resource planning, costing estimates, and project cost tracking
- Escalate resourcing or cost-related issues when required
- Maintain governance documents, status packs, minutes, and action logs
- Organise meetings, scheduling, and general PMO support
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and deadlines
What You Need to Bring
Must-Have
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail especially with numbers and documentation
- Solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Good analytical/numerical skills
- A self-starter who takes ownership
