Project Analyst (Banking / System development methodology)

Job Summary

The Project Analyst will support end-to-end project coordination and analysis within the banking domain, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives. This role requires strong understanding of banking processes, system development methodologies (SDLC/Agile), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• 2-5 years experience as a Project Analyst or PMO Analyst in the Banking / Financial Services sector.
• Strong understanding of System Development Methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
