Position: Project & Design Coordinator - Aluminium Doors & Windows

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project & Design Coordinator to join our team - someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

1.Design & Drafting:

. Create accurate technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for custom aluminium windows and doors (eg. Autocad)

. Creating cutting details/Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and material purchase

. Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is met

. Attend site meetings or visits (if required)

2. Operations & Scheduling

. Assist Director in planning and managing project schedules, from production to installation

. Assist Director to monitor progress and report any on-site issues.

. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

. Conduct daily team briefings and toolbox meetings

. Support work teams as necessary

. Supervise stock monitoring and material orders

3.Ad-hoc duties on Operational Matters

Requirements:

. Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills

. Meticulous and comfortable with using technology

. Ability to manage teams and communicate clearly across departments

. A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

. Open to picking up new software and technology (ERP, CRM)

. Experience in the aluminium window and door industry preferred

. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm

Sat 8am to 12.30pm

Location: Tampines
