Project Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls.
- Handle all project administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and project tracking.
- Prepare and compile quotations, tender submissions, and related project documents.
- Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate and timely submission of all project documentation and reports.
- Assist in preparing project-related presentations or summaries as required.
- Compiling stationery order for site and office use.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project administration or construction-related roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with site teams and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
