Job Title: Project Administrator (Part-Time / 4-Day Work Week)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support daily project coordination and administrative tasks within our company. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth project execution and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site appointments
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents and records
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Track project progress and update reports
Assist with quotation, invoice, and basic documentation
Ensure all paperwork is properly filed and updated
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic administrative or project coordination experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Responsible, super detail-oriented, excellent in organization and proactive
Singaporeans / PR / LTVP preferred
Working Hours:
4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary:
SGD $500 - $1,500 per month (basic), depending on experience
