Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. purchase requisitions, schedule, reports, etc).
• Assist in sourcing for material, equipment and resource required according to project requirements
• Liaise & coordinate with technicians, customers, vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
• Provide administrative support to superior when necessary
• Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
