Responsibilities:
. Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
. Promptly and meticulously organize and follow up on documents deliverables
. Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
. Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
. Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
. Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
. All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
. Post-Secondary or recognized Certification in Related Field of studies
. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement
. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
. Must be computer literate, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad
. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
. Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
