Roles & Responsibilities:
Document Controller:
- Manage documents, drawings, and corrigendum according to document control processes
- Assist engineers on BQ preparation
- Organise and distribute updated documents
- Keep track of the document tracking list and updating registers
- Support project manager with other administrative tasks
- Preparation of monthly reports
Claims verification:
- Record site variations and record claims
- Assist project managers in correlating and certifying completed work
- Verify subcontractor claims and monitor progress of claims submission and payment
- Monitor works orders in execution and report on balance amounts
- Assist project managers to prepare quotations
