Incumbent will be a member of the Project Management Team responsible for all aspects of the project support administrative and staffing resources for a new major Joint Venture Project to develop, implement and monitor all project administration and HR related policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a trusted business advisor within the JV organization with frequent interactions with project management on related project issues contributing to the development of company initiatives.
- Plays a key role in developing, administering and communicating policies and procedures for new JV office.
- Performs all office general administration by adopting the best practice to oversee and manage the daily operation for all project office administration not limiting to arranging meetings and events, project support staffing, timesheets records, leave planning, office inventories/equipments maintenance, negotiate office lease and manages supplier contracts associated with JV office equipment and resources, and other ad hoc arrangements.
- Arranges accommodation and travel bookings including visa/immigration related application for foreign travelers as required.
- Serves as a resource in mitigating and resolving project staffing matters and as a liaison person for JV office working closely with the JV parent companies HR and Admin Department, and external parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with at least 5years or Diploma with at least 10 years experience in project office administration and HR.
- Good communication, good team player with managerial skillset
- Works independently with minimal direction and supervision, and is good in multi-tasking, having the ability to task prioritize as needed
- Hands-on person with experience working in a start-up environment.
- Experience working in a Joint Venture set up is a plus.
