Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare, compile, and submit monthly progress claims and supporting documents.
. Monitor claim submissions, approvals, and payment status.
. Assist in the preparation of variation order (VO) claims and project-related documentation.
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project matters.
. Follow up on project submissions, approvals, and outstanding actions.
. Maintain and update project documents, records, and filing systems.
. Support Project Managers and Engineers in daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
. Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring project milestones are achieved on time.
. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence as required.
. Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution and timely project completion.
Requirements:
. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction, Business Administration, or related field.
. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction, M&E, or project administration is preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
. Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
. Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm
