Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle and keep tracks of all Contract Documents received and follow up when contract is expiring
  2. Issue and keep track of Contract to Sub-cons
  3. Updating Vos and handle Sub-con claims
  4. Pre-Qualification
  5. Tender Documents
  6. Updating incoming and outgoing payment
  7. Project insurance and bond
  8. Updating of Company Profile (Job Reference, PowerPoint slide)
  9. Updating all sub-con, client and supplier vendor
  10. Monthly sales cost and budget
  11. Sourcing for supply labour upon request
  12. Any other adhoc
  13. Assist Project Department

Requirements:

. Minimum GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent

. Proficient in computer use

. Team Player and willing to learn

. Ability to work efficient with minimal supervision

. 5 days work week
