Job Descriptions:
- Handle and keep tracks of all Contract Documents received and follow up when contract is expiring
- Issue and keep track of Contract to Sub-cons
- Updating Vos and handle Sub-con claims
- Pre-Qualification
- Tender Documents
- Updating incoming and outgoing payment
- Project insurance and bond
- Updating of Company Profile (Job Reference, PowerPoint slide)
- Updating all sub-con, client and supplier vendor
- Monthly sales cost and budget
- Sourcing for supply labour upon request
- Any other adhoc
- Assist Project Department
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent
. Proficient in computer use
. Team Player and willing to learn
. Ability to work efficient with minimal supervision
. 5 days work week
