. Handle purchase orders and ordering of materials, including site supplies and office items.
. Assist in procurement activities, such as sourcing quotations and liaising with suppliers.
. Prepare, compile, and maintain project documentation and administrative records.
. Perform matching of Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices and assist with invoice verification.
. Maintain records for equipment inventory, office machinery, and site assets.
. Maintain and update company vehicle records, including insurance, inspection, and road tax.
. Support site administration matters, including ordering ready-mix materials for site work, preparing equipment and materials for new site staff, arranging logistics such as lorry crane services.
. Manage petty cash documentation and submission for site expenses.
. Assist in insurance documentation and submissions for projects when required.
. Coordinate uniforms, PPE, and equipment distribution for staff.
. Maintain records for fuel card records and usage tracking.
. Provide general administrative support to project managers and site teams.
. Assist with meeting arrangements, documentation preparation, and administrative support for management and project teams.
. Maintain office supplies inventory and arrange procurement when necessary.
. Any other duties that may be assigned.
. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
. 1-2 years of administrative experience (construction or project environment preferred).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
. Good organizational and documentation skills.
. Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up with suppliers and internal teams.
. Good communication and coordination skills.
