Responsibilities
- Assist with the review of project drawings and submission processes to relevant authorities. Provide support for the project team by liaising with operators, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage and organize project documents, including drawings, technical and tender documents, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring timely updates and proper filing. Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items. Contribute to the creation of project briefs, progress reports, and presentation materials. Oversee the internal approval process and execution of contracts and related project documents. Prepare and verify documents required for project payments and liaise with the Finance Department for submissions. Address renovation, maintenance, handover, and defect rectification matters for properties, coordinating with contractors and service providers. Maintain comprehensive project records, including tracking contracts, payments, document submissions, and pending action items. Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks related to projects, engineering, and property management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Architecture. A minimum of 2 years experience in tendering, procurement, or project coordination. Familiarity with local development and regulatory processes is advantageous. Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of document control systems is preferred. Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
