Job Summary
Support project execution by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks by breaking down projects into manageable activities with clear timeframes to meet deadlines
- Schedule and organize regular meetings, documenting decisions, assigned tasks, and next steps to maintain project progress
- Develop and update workflows to optimize project processes and team collaboration
- Process quotations and issue purchase orders accurately to support procurement and project needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to clarify quotations and coordinate deliveries
- Perform administrative duties that support project coordination and team efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in creating flowcharts, managing project documentation, and maintaining schedules
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
