Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3200 per month

Job Scope:
- Manage and maintain proper filing, scanning, and uploading of records into internal systems
- Ensure accurate tracking and storage of documentation in compliance with internal processes
- Review and verify voucher submissions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
- Issue payment links and follow up on outstanding or incomplete requests
- Maintain and update master lists of IT accounts
- Review device usage logs and identify discrepancies or anomalies
- Maintain tracking of after-office-hours system access
- Track referral data and support data consolidation for programme reporting
- Conduct follow-up calls or surveys with participants and stakeholders
- Support documentation of outcomes and follow-up care
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Experience in administrative, operations, or programme support roles
- Experience in handling data tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
