Job Description
Programmes Sales Executive
The Programme Sales Executive shall be responsible for developing andmanaging sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Climb Central gyms inSingapore. This includes identifying and reaching out to potential clients topitch and sell rock climbing programmes and events, managing clientrelationships, and ensuring the successful execution of all programmes andevents.
The Programme Sales Executive shall be responsible for handling leadenquiries from over the counter, through our websites, telephone or any othersources, and to submit monthly sales reports and maintaining a good salestracking system.
In addition to sales and programme management, the Executive shall alsobe responsible for operations-related tasks, such as ensuring counter resourcesare available for all operations and crew members, working with Operations toensure viability and effectiveness of accounts brought in, maintaining a goodsystem of record keeping and counter resources, monitoring effective use of Redpointfunctions, and fulfilling the role of a Crew/Duty Officer when rostered toperform.
The Executive should have excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, strong negotiation and sales skills, and the ability to manage multipleprojects and priorities simultaneously. They should also have knowledge of rockclimbing, bouldering, safety procedures, and use of climbing equipment, and bephysically fit and able to climb and assist with the setup and teardown ofequipment for the programmes.
The candidate is also expected to perform 2 - 3 Crew/DO shifts a week includingweekend and on PH.
Roles
. Programmes andSales Executive
a. Identifypotential clients for rock climbing programmes and events, including corporatebonding events, team building events, and climbing classes and courses.
b. Coordinateprogrammes and events/courses in all aspects on accounts brought in.
c. Work withCourse Lead to ensure operations viability and improve programme structure.
d. Plan andconduct training for programmes instructors and/or crew executing theprogrammes.
e. Develop andmaintain relationships with clients and other decision-makers.
f. Negotiate andfinalise contracts with clients, including pricing, schedule, and deliverables.
g. Establishfeedback channels with clients to obtain feedback on the quality of programmesand use feedback to continuously improve programmes and services.
h. Create and sendinvoices to clients for services rendered and follow up on payment/unpaidinvoices.
i. Develop andimplement promotion strategies to reach potential clients, including online andoffline marketing channels, as well as referrals and word-of-mouth.
j. Continuouslydevelop skills and knowledge in areas such as programme management, rockclimbing techniques and safety procedures to deliver high-quality programmesand services.
k. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of sales and programme execution activities.
l. Submit monthlysales report and maintain a good sales tracking system.
. Operations(Immediate/New)
a. To provide accurate/timelycounter resources for Operations and Crew for accounts brought in
b. To provideRedpoint payment systems set up, and the website calendar is updated.
c. To work with Operationsto ensure viability and effectiveness of accounts brought in.
d. To maintain agood system of record keeping and counter resources
e. To monitoreffective use of Redpoint functions
. Floor Duties - Toperform 1 - 2 Crew / Duty Officer shifts per week
Job Requirements
. Bachelor'sdegree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
. 1 - 2 years of experience in sales and programmemanagement, preferably in the sports and fitness industry.
. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients.
. Strongnegotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals and generaterevenue, and to enhance repeat business.
. Ability to planand execute programmes and events and to manage resources and staff to ensuresuccess.
. Strongorganisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects and priorities simultaneously.
. To undertakesome programmes and stand-in when Instructors call in sick/emergency
. Knowledge ofrock-climbing techniques, safety procedures, and equipment is preferred.
. Willingness towork flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
. Must bephysically fit and able to climb and assist with the setup and teardown ofequipment.
. Ability tohandle warm lead enquiries from over the counter, through our websites, telephoneor any other sources.
. Ability to submit monthly sales report and maintain a good sales tracking system
