The Role
We are launching a brand-new strategic venture, and we need a Programme & Partnership Lead to be the commercial face of our most premium offerings.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in a 0-to-1 growth phase. This is not a standard sales role; it is a hybrid position bridging high-touch business development, strategic partnerships, and community building. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of our signature nourishment programs among a discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Relationship-Led Growth: Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients for our high-end programs, conducting sophisticated, consultative outreach that aligns with our premium brand identity.
- Establish Institutional Partnerships: Build and nurture referral ecosystems with clinics, movement studios, and wellness practitioners, while opening doors to luxury corporate offices for bespoke employee wellness benefits.
- Own the Premium Customer Journey: Act as the critical link between sales and operations, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for every participant post-conversion.
- Build the Growth Playbook: Work closely with leadership to refine outreach processes. Use market feedback and data to adapt our go-to-market strategy in real-time.
- Community Engagement: Represent the brand at exclusive wellness events and within professional circles to foster a long-term base of loyal participants and partners.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
- You have proven experience in high-touch sales, account management, or membership services, ideally within luxury wellness, premium hospitality, or high-end concierge sectors.
- You possess exceptional communication skills and can articulate complex value propositions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate stakeholders.
- You have a builder mindsethighly resilient and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage venture without extensive support structures.
- You have a track record of managing both hunter (new acquisition) and farmer (retention) responsibilities.
- You are analytically minded, able to evaluate outreach effectiveness and iterate on sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have an existing network within Singapore's boutique health studios, medical clinics, or luxury corporate circles.
- You have a personal passion for modern nourishment, whole-food philosophies, and functional nutrition.
- You have experience being an early hire or first-on-the-ground in a high-growth D2C or wellness startup.
