Programme Manager

SISH is seeking a passionate and experienced Programme Manager/Lecturer to join our academic team at our new campus. This role suits a professional from the education sector who is eager to shape the next generation of industry talent. Our students pursue Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and MBA programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire administrative process for the daily and term cycle of all academic programs.
• Review and enhance the academic process and procedure in line with industry requirements.
• Lecture when required.
• Foster industry engagement.
• Review and update the curriculum to align with industry and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with adjunct lecturers and external university partners.
• Contribute to academic committees and academic planning activities.

Job Requirements

• A degree in a management-related discipline (Master's preferred, but experience is most important).
• Knowledge of SSG-GD4
• Prior teaching experience in a higher education or training environment.
• ACTA/ACLP or other recognised teaching qualifications preferred
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and academic administrative tasks.
