Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

He/she will also work with the delivery teams comprising project managers,change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matterexperts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects.

. Understand business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for aspecific/group of business programmes in healthcare analytics domain.

. Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from programme sponsor(s)and stakeholders to support the programme strategies and plans.

. Manage the programme scope, budget and schedule to deliver the desiredprogramme outcomes.

. Lead and drive the consultants and vendors in delivering theprogramme/project.

. Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT programme/projects inhealthcare analytics domain.

. Report timely on programme/project's achievements, issues and progress.

. Obtain endorsement of strategy and work-plan from programme sponsor withsupport from all stakeholders.

. Lead and drive the programme and project teams (including consultants)towards successfully delivery of programme/projects.

. On-time delivery of programme/projects.

. Responsible to track and monitor programme and projects are delivered withinapproved budget.

. Responsible to defined, monitored and achieved KPIs of programme andprojects.

Requirements / Qualifications

. Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Programme Manager or ProjectManager, preferably in healthcare IT / AI industry or public services.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering end-to-end industryanalytics solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, within the industrywith either a consultancy or a technology company.

. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Informatics/Computer Studies/IT/Engineering orany other relevant fields.

. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry

. Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills

. Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncoverissues.

. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

. Have a good understanding of business processes and needs in order to createvalue in a business context with business intelligence and insights

. Good knowledge of various business/ enterprise/ clinical/ patientsystems/applications and outputs within specific industry domains will beadvantageous
