Job Description

The Programme Manager will work alongside the existing incubation teams in the region and be primarily responsible for:

. Lead the process of selecting startups for various accelerator/incubation/immersion programmes.

. Collaborate with team members to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring relevance and value.

. Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, and investors to provide the necessary resources and networking opportunities to startups.

. Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

. Develop partnerships with other incubators, tech hubs, and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 6to 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, with a focus on accelerator or incubator programmes.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling accelerator programmes.
  • Deep regional market insights and a strong network in the startup ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship
  • Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
