Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced
Programme Manager to join our team on a
six-month contract to provide maternity cover.
The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, coordination and delivery of strategic capability development initiatives. Working across clients, participants, Korn Ferry experts, ecosystem partners and internal teams, the role ensures programmes deliver an exceptional participant experience, achieve intended business outcomes and strengthen Korn Ferry Academy's impact across the workforce development ecosystem.
The role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, consulting and continuous improvement, requiring someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing people together and delivering high-quality outcomes.
For candidates who demonstrate strong programme leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, there is
potential to transition into a permanent Programme Manager role supporting large-scale mentorship, capability development and workforce transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate cross-organisational initiatives that support AI capability development, HR capability building and workforce transformation, involving clients, government agencies, industry partners and Korn Ferry experts
- Manage stakeholder communications throughout programme lifecycles, aligning expectations, timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure successful programme outcomes
Programme Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of capability development programmes and initiatives
- Develop project plans, governance structures, communication plans and delivery schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, curriculum, operations and external stakeholders
- Identify risks, manage dependencies and resolve issues proactively
- Monitor programme performance, participant experience and impact measures to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare executive updates and project reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Coordinate campaign calendars for events, programme launches and thought leadership activities
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, webpage content, eDMs and LinkedIn content
- Coordinate webinars, networking events and partner engagement activities
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement

Essential
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS.
- 6–12 years of experience in programme management, project management, consulting, client success, partnerships or stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Highly Regarded
- Experience in leadership development, learning & development, HR consulting or workforce transformation
- Experience working with government agencies, industry associations or funded initiatives
- Familiarity with programme operations, mentoring initiatives or capability-building programmes
- Consulting experience or experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives
