Job Description

Job Scope:
Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Administration
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for partnerships and conferences, including maintaining agreement records and databases.
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries from students, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, visits, and calendars, including preparation of logistics and briefing materials.
  • Support finance and procurement processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, and basic tracking.
  1. Programme Management
  • Support the planning and delivery of outbound short-term mobility and virtual/blended programmes, including initiatives such as the ASEAN Summer.
  • Coordinate end-to-end operations encompassing student management, partner engagement, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Liaise with overseas partners and internal stakeholders on logistics, credit transfer, and other programme-related matters.
  • Advise and support students on academic and pre-departure matters, including course matching, credit transfer processes, and travel arrangements, financial aids.
  • Manage mobility systems, student records, indemnity documentation, and programme fee administration.
  • Administer post-programme surveys and analyse feedback to enhance programme outcomes.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, and prepare reports and insights.
  1. Outreach & Communications
  • Develop and manage outreach materials across channels, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Craft clear and engaging content aligned with brand voice and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
  • Review and proofread communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
  1. General Support
  • Provide logistical support for events and conferences, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and material shipments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Office tools. Support daily operations and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned to support team priorities.

Duration: 3 Months
Salary: $3500/Month
Location: West (Nanyang Ave)
Working Hours:


Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm
