Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of outreach activities and intervention programs tailored for children, youths, and families
- Execute outreach activities and intervention programmes for children, youths, and families.
- Ensure the successful delivery of programme goals by monitoring progress and implementing improvements based on regular evaluations.
- Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders and volunteers, taking the lead in facilitating collaborative initiatives that uplifts the community.
- Co-develop and implement volunteer training to support the community work.
- Maintain timely documentation and accurate data management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Commit to a flexible schedule, including at least two nights per month and occasional weekend work.
- Other Administrative duties.
- Organizational duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Relevant experience in working with children and youths is preferred.
- Passionate about improving the well-being and resilience of families from lower-income backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youths, families, and stakeholders.
- A team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Exhibits personal effectiveness, independence, and strong time management skills.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Maintains a growth mindset, showing a consistent eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving community needs.
