Programme Executive

Job Summary:

• Company: Aged Care
• Location: East Region

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct active ageing programs for the elderly community.
• Evaluate programs to ensure they meet engagement standards and desired outcomes.
• Implement new services based on user needs and feedback.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and volunteer guidance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and collaborate with external organizations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (Social Services preferred).
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community or healthcare settings.
• Strong skills in program design, communication, and stakeholder management.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days per week (Mon-Fri: 9 am - 6 pm Sat: 9 am - 1 pm).
