Job Description
. Curate and plan meaningful activities tailored to the residents needs and abilities.
. Facilitate activity engagement and participation with the residents.
. Collaborate with care partners to integrate meaningful engagement into residents daily routines.
. Create activity guides and resource kits to empower the care team to facilitate activity engagement.
. Develop a comprehensive calendar of programmes encompassing cognitive stimulation, physical activities, reminiscence activities, social recreational activities and intergenerational initiatives.
. Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness with the Centre Director.
. Implement programme adjustments based on feedback and observed outcomes.
Qualifications
. Have a Diploma in healthcare related disciplines
. Have strong passion to work with seniors in the Nursing Home
. Collaborate effectively in multi disciplinary team
. Have strong communication and organisational skills
. Confident in implementing group activities for seniors
It would be great if you:
. Have worked in elder care settings
. Can speak local dialects
