Programme Executive (NPO)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3200 - $3500
• Location: Mattar Rd (McPherson)
• Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30AM-6.30PM, Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM
• AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate outreach programs and activities for at-risk youths.
• Engage, mentor, and counsel youths to build rapport, trust, and positive values.
• Facilitate interventions and provide guidance to support youths personal, social, and educational development.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist in programs and mentoring.
• Collaborate with social workers, care staff, agencies, and community partners to ensure program success.
• Monitor and document youths progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise residents during activities, ensure punctuality, and accompany them when required.
• Observe and report changes in youths behavior or mood, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
• Uphold professionalism, dignity, respect, and the Code of Conduct in all interactions.
• Support colleagues as a team member and perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in related field.
• Singaporeans only.
