Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families As a
Programme Executive with the BEE Team, you will support the planning, coordination, and
delivery of meaningful programmes that connect volunteer befrienders with children from
families affected by incarceration. This role offers hands-on experience in community work,
event coordination, and volunteer engagement-perfect for fresh graduates eager to start
their journey in the social service sector.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan and coordinate Learning Journeys and Special Projects.
. Support and facilitate first home visits for the Learning Friends Programme.
. Assist in onboarding, training, and befriending sessions for volunteers.
. Coordinate ad-hoc volunteers to provide childminding support during Caregiver
Support Group and Adult Befriender monthly sessions.
. Prepare programme collaterals and provide administrative support.
. Liaise with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme
delivery.
Requirements
. Diploma or higher relevant field preferred (e.g., Social Work, Education, Community
Development).
. Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in community work or volunteer
management.
. Experience in community work or volunteer engagement is a plus but not required.
. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Canva or other design tools a plus.
. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
