About Eldercare Services
Fei Yue's Eldercare services include Active Ageing Centres, Community Case Management, Health Care Support and Elder Education work together to support seniors in ageing well within the community. These services promote active living, coordinate care for those with complex needs, guide individuals in making informed healthcare decisions, provide comfort for those with serious illnesses, and strengthen mental and emotional wellbeing for both seniors and their caregivers
A. Programme & Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage digital literacy programmes with centres and seniors
- Identify, engage, and build a community of seniors (stakeholder management)
- Monitor programme outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Oversee project budgets and resource utilisation
- Prepare and submit programme reports to funders and internal leadership
B. Content Creation & Storytelling
- Manage end-to-end video production: concept, storyboard, scripting, filming, and editing
- Capture and edit photography for events, campaigns, and publicity use
- Design infographics and publicity materials using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or other relevant tools
C. Social Media & Branding
- Collaborate with the social media team to produce engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Adapt visuals for different formats while ensuring brand consistency
- Write captions and subtitles that maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
D. Collaboration & Media Management
- Work closely with staff, volunteers, leaders, and partners to gather meaningful stories
- Maintain an organised media library (photos, videos, graphics) in line with branding and confidentiality guidelines
E. Training & Digital Capability Development
- Develop instructional and training videos using a blended learning approach
- Support staff capability building in digital and multimedia tools for eldercare services
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Media, Design, Communications, or related fields welcome)
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) portfolio required
- Strong photography, videography, and basic design skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Creative eye for visual storytelling, layout, and composition
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand tone
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple centres and teams
- Well-organised, with good file management and deadline discipline
- Open to learning new digital tools and trends
- Able to train or guide others in digital-related tools
- Sensitive, respectful, and authentic in storytelling, especially in eldercare contexts
- This position is on contract basis
