RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Administration
- Manage enrolment/unenrolment processes
- Support class scheduling and room bookings
- Assist with make-up class and logistics exam
- Track additional module sign-ups and handle related student communications
Academic and Faculty Coordination
- Liaise with faculty for class schedules and course information
- Prepare course materials and ensure timely dissemination to students and alumni
- Support the issuance of teaching contracts and teaching assistant assignments
Exchange Segments Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for inbound/outbound exchange weeks and joint electives
- Liaise with partner universities and internal departments to support student mobility
- Track participation and feedback for programme reporting
Alumni Course Administration
- Maintain database of alumni course entitlements and participation
- Coordinate course access and material distribution
- Provide basic student support to lifelong learners
Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting for programme management
- Assist with onboarding of new students and support student events and briefings
Provide general administrative support to the MBA team
- Support additional tasks and projects as needed to ensure the success of the MBA programme
QUALIFICATIONS- Undergraduate degree.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with initiative and sound judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with faculty, students, and administrative stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and make timely, well-considered decisions under pressure.
- Digitally competent and comfortable with administrative systems proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive attitude toward process improvements and service excellence.
