Job Scope:
- Work with Community Engagement Department at corporate HQ to spearhead and expand volunteer base and community engagement through partnership strategies, build relationship with corporations, foundations, schools, groups and individuals.
- Plan, organise and coordinate programmes and activities from internal stakeholders / Departments, partners and volunteers for our Nursing Home (NH) and Senior clients of Care Centre (SCC).
- Develop engagement plan / strategy and execute the necessary engagement and management of partners and volunteers.
- Work with other departments such as Nursing and Operations on the planning, organization and execution of the activities and events.
- Provide the necessary administrative and logistical support to the volunteers and partners for the organisation and execution of the programme / activity.
- Organise or assist in internal welfare activities as and when necessary.
Job Scope:
- Minimum Degree in any Fields but preference in communication or relevant fields
- Should have relevant experience in Volunteer Management and Partnership Engagement
- Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry or eldercare setting
