Our d'Klub Mentoring Programme is one of CCSS's flagship initiatives. Through mentorship, life skills, and meaningful relationships, we help children and youths discover their potential and thrive in school and in life. Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Management
- Recruit, orient, train, and guide new volunteers to ensure meaningful involvement
- Build strong volunteer relationships through regular updates, feedback, and support
- Plan and lead engaging activities such as annual retreats and appreciation events
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer contributions, implementing improvements where needed
d'Klub Programme
- Engage and mentor children through tuition, character-building lessons, and life-skills activities
- Design and execute curriculum and activities with volunteers
- Organise outings and experiential learning opportunities for both children and volunteers
- Conduct home visits to support families, assess beneficiaries progress and prepare home visit reports.
- Collaborate with schools, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic support
Other Contributions
- Assist beneficiaries with administrative support such as financial assistance applications when required
- Provide administrative and programme support to the Care Youth Department
- Take on other duties as assigned to contribute to the growth of CCSS programmes

Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in community services or working with children and youths
- Available to work full-day on Saturdays (essential for programme activities)
Position Summary
As a Programme Executive (d'Klub), you will play a vital role in shaping young lives by coordinating volunteers, managing centre operations, and delivering impactful mentoring programmes. You'll also support the wider Care Youth Department with programme and administrative tasks.
