KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curate and design programmes that align with the mosque's objectives and create meaningful impact for the community.
Coordinate and execute community programmes, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Ensure programmes are executed smoothly, with proper setup, volunteer coordination, participant management, and follow-up.
Prepare programme proposals, basic budgets, approval forms, post-programme reports, and feedback summaries.
Support submission of claims, quotations, invoices, and other programme-related administrative matters.
Liaise with community partners, agencies, volunteers, trainers, vendors, and internal teams for programme-related matters.
Gather feedback, prepare reports with recommendations, and conduct post‑process evaluations to suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Community Development, Business management, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community engagement, event management, social service, mosque operations, or volunteer management.
Able to coordinate multiple programmes and deadlines concurrently.
Preferred Requirements
An ACLP certification will be an advantage.
Able to work with volunteers, community partners, seniors, youth, families, and members of the public.
Comfortable working in a mosque setting, supporting programmes beyond office hours, with experience in mosque, social service, community, charity, or public-facing work.
Coordinated community outreach programmes for various demographics.
Communicates effectively in both English and Malay.
Possesses working knowledge of mosque operations and sensitivities.
Skilled in standard office software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
