Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
- Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems
- Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Work Location
- The applicant should be willing to work 5.5 days per week at Eunos Crescent.
