As a Programme Executive, you will coordinate core Caregiver Support Network (CSN) activities and projects together with the CSN team, our community partners, caregivers, and volunteers. Your work will contribute to CSN's vision caregiving does not need to be lonely and the wellbeing of caregivers across Marine Parade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CSN's upcoming flagship programme from end to end: Ensure that the programme is running as per workplan and meets its objectives, through coordination, administration, volunteer management, and supporting CSN's beneficiaries. Activities include (not exhaustive) planning and execution of sessions, registering participants, reviewing content, and developing reports.
- Coordinate CSN's core activities: Lead volunteer management and support logistics and administration for CSN activities, caseload, Caregiver Relief Fund, and other matters.
- Support Caregiver Clubhouse operations: Ensure that the infrastructure and workflows of the Clubhouse is maintained and executed, such as receptionist duties, walk-in support, and maintenance of inventory and equipment.
- Support MPCSL's other projects when necessary
Candidate Expectations:
The Programme Executive role is a dynamic one, and candidates are expected to have ownership of the role and CSN/ MPCSL's development. The candidate must be able to represent the organisation and programme through attentiveness to our stakeholders needs. They must be comfortable with working with people and display an openness to collaboration.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in programme coordination. Experience in non-profits or social service agencies is strongly preferred.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, sociology, community services, etc.
- Technologically adept, proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English proficiency in Malay, Chinese, or Tamil is an advantage to communicate with non-English speaking caregivers/ care recipients.

Term: 2 year contract
