We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Programme Executive to join our team in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual disability.

Job Summary:

As a Programme Executive, you will play a role in developing and implementing training programme and activities tailored to the unique needs of our residents/ clients. Working closely with our Head of Training and Therapy and Programme Executives, you will design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote skill development, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

. Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement Activities in Daily Living Skills and Community Living Skills training programme.

. Design and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

. Provide daily monitoring and supervision of training activities.

. Track and report on clients progress, identifying areas for improvement.

. Ensure a safe and supportive environment during activity hours.

. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

. Passion for working with individuals with intellectual disability.

. Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disability will be an advantage.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
