Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and leading active ageing activities tailored to the Eunos Crescent community.

• Introducing new services or programmes based on the evolving needs of the elderly and evaluating their effectiveness through feedback.

• Managing communications with various stakeholders and collaborating with external organizations to deliver diverse programmes.

• Managing budgets and resources while providing guidance to volunteers assisting with activities.

• Identifying gaps in current services and initiating enhancements to ensure high standards of client engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services or related fields.

• Experience in elderly community care, healthcare, or the social service sector.

• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation methods.

• Monday to Saturday Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
