You will be involved in MarTech enablement across Customer and Distributor Channels. You are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of the enterprise marketing technology program. This role ensures alignment between marketing goals, technology investments, and business outcomes
- The role demands a proven track record in managing complex Martech initiatives across multiple platforms and regions, covering all phases of programme deliveryfrom initiation and planning to execution, control, and closure. The candidate should be adept at aligning IT implementation strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, automation, analytics, and data platforms.
- Co-define the success metrics (engagement uplift, personalization accuracy, conversion rates), track programme outcomes and drive adoption of tools including AI enablement .
- Build, develop, and nurture key business relationships critical to programme success.
- Effectively communicate programme expectations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Set and manage programme expectations across all stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve programme-level issues and risks.
- Manage dependencies and critical paths across personalization, digital marketing and campaign management initiatives.
- Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to executive audiences.
- Coach and mentor project managers and delivery teams.
- Align programme delivery with business readiness and transformation goals.
- Prepare cost estimates and documentation for funding and approvals.
- Monitor financials and ensure quality delivery across all Martech workstreams.
- Lead teams including architects, Martech consultants, and vendor partners.
- Evaluate alternative solutions to meet programme goals.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with IT risk, security, infrastructure, legal, and finance teams.
- Seasoned IT Programme Director with over 15 years of experience in IT and at least 10 years in leading large-scale marketing technology programmes. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent programme management certification.
- Minimum of 12 years in managing large-scale Martech or IT programmes.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and data integration tools, Content Management , DAM tools
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent commercial and technical awareness with a keen eye for detail.
