RESPONSIBILITIES

Kindred Circle is a community-based peer carer initiative that empowers seniors to support other seniors through structured micro-jobs and volunteer roles.

In this programme, carers refer to trained seniors who provide practical and social support to other seniors in the community.

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to provide strong operational and administrative support for the programme.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Programme Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Kindred Circle programme, working closely with carers (seniors), clients, and partners to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Carer Administration & Coordination

  • Manage onboarding of carers, including contracts, documentation, and system setup
  • Maintain Carer Master List, client folders, and programme records
  • Track and verify monthly service logs for allowance processing
  • Follow up on incomplete or missing submissions

Programme & Training Support

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, attendance, materials)
  • Support recruitment coordination (e.g. interview scheduling, communication)
  • Assist in organising programme activities and ground operations

Carer Communication & Support

  • Liaise with carers on scheduling, reminders, and updates
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to ensure services run smoothly
  • Support engagement efforts such as appreciation events and activities

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proper filing and records on shared systems
  • Track and file incident reports within required timelines
  • Support basic data collection and reporting for programme tracking

Others

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
  • Support coordination with internal teams and external partners where required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in administration, coordination, community care, or related fields is preferred candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint) or similar platforms
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Comfortable engaging with seniors and a diverse range of community stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate in dialects or additional languages is an advantage
