About the Role

Join a meaningful programme supporting persons with dementia through structured group activities and daily engagement.

Job Scope:

Facilitate group activities (exercise, cognitive games, music & art, meal prep)

Assist in planning and preparing activity sessions

Support clients with dementia-related behavioural and physical needs

Assist with ADLs (transfers, toileting, mobility support)

Help with basic client assessments and data collection

Document client progress after sessions

Provide updates to families / next-of-kin

Support volunteers and new staff onboarding

Assist with procurement of programme materials

Maintain cleanliness of programme area

Requirements:

Nitec / Diploma / Certificate in Healthcare or related field

Experience in healthcare or social service preferred
