Job Scope:
- Design, draft, and dispatch eDMs to effectively communicate relevant opportunities and updates to job-seeking graduates and alumni.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, outreach sessions, and career-related workshops, managing logistics such as invitations, room bookings, and follow-ups.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up activities with students and alumni who have requested career support, utilising cold calls, email, and WhatsApp messaging to ensure timely and responsive engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and engagement outcomes, supporting data-driven decision making within the ESO.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for ESO management, providing insights on outreach effectiveness and service delivery metrics.
- Support the administration of feedbacksurveys to graduates and alumni, collating responses and flagging key trendsfor further action.
- Leverage digital tools such Postman for sending mass emails or SMS efficiently-experience with this platform will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills when drafting correspondence, preparing materials, and interacting with stakeholders.
- Contribute to general office administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the ESO.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above with 3 or more years of experience
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and adept at problem solving
- Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others
- Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
Working Hours: Office Hours
Contract Period: 6 months
