Key Responsibilities:
Educate members of the public on identifying eligible beverage return containers
Guide residents on the correct use of Reverse Vending Machines
Encourage proper recycling behaviour and respond to basic public queries
Monitor reverse vending machine usage and report operational issues to supervisors or vendors
Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional appearance at all times
Ensure deployment areas remain clean, safe, and orderly
Work Requirements:
Able to commit for the full 3-month period
Willing to work evenings and/or weekends, including flexibility for last-minute schedule changes based on deployment needs
Comfortable standing for extended periods in public-facing environments
Punctual, reliable, and committed
Requirements & Skills:
Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
Basic understanding of recycling or environmental initiatives preferred (training provided)
No prior experience required customer service or outreach experience is an advantage
Employment Type:
Contract (3 months)
Working Hours
Working Arrangement: between 9am to 6pm - up to 5 days per week (comprising both Weekdays and Weekends deployment, 40 hours per week)
Salary: $15/H

Various deployment locations with Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs)
